Ceramic Tiles

Ceramic tiles are ideal for wall murals, shower/tub enclosures, and kitchen backsplashes.
We use only quality ceramic tiles that have built-in spacers for easy installation.



Tumbled Marble Tiles

4" x 4" & 5.875" X 5.875"
We use tumbled marble tiles made by tile artisans in Turkey.
These marble tiles are naturally tumbled and add a rustic, old world look to any tile mural.
Marble tiles are porous and will need to be sealed.
Upon sealing, these tiles are ideal for kitchen backsplashes and wall installations.

Glass Tiles

6" x 6"
Glass tiles add a shimmer and modern look to any tile mural.
Each image is produced underneath the glass, adding a new modern dimension to any tile mural.
Glass tiles can also be used on floors and countertops.

Can I resize any of the tile murals pictured on your site?
Yes, we can resize any of the tile murals.
Each installation is unique and we can resize any of our tile murals to fit your dimensions.
Whether you need a larger or smaller tile mural, we can help.

What process is used to reproduce artwork and photographs onto tiles?
The process involves using heat and pressure to apply a 6 part dye onto a specially coated tile.
As it cools and hardens, the dye is permanently absorbed into the tile.
The dye will never wash or rub off.

Are tiles ideal for outdoor environments?
Our tiles are recommended for indoor environments or in shaded outdoor areas.
When exposed to high levels of UV light, colors may lose vibrancy over time.

How long will it take to receive my photograph on tile order?
You should receive your tile order within  to 4 weeks after placing your order if we can make the photographs of your yacht immediately after the order date.
Otherwise, you will have your tiles about 3 weeks after the day you've approved the photographs we've done of your yacht.

Can we order tiles from a picture we have from an other photographer.
No, we want to be sure about what we are doing.

What is the price to take photographs and produce the tiles?

Please ask us for a quote, we need to discuss where and how many photographs we have to take, aerials or running shots etc. and where your yacht will be for the shoot.
We will need to know also what kind of tiles you want and the dimensions.

Is the shipping cost included in your price offer?
No, you will have to pay for all shipping & Handling costs unless you can pick up the tiles at our offices in Palapa Marina Simpson Bay St.Maarten in which case there are no shipping costs.

Can you install the tiles?
No, but we can recommend some people in St.Maarten.

Installing Tiles:

Grout: Sand-free grout should be used when installing tiles.
Use a grout float with a rubber face to spread grout over tiles.

Sealers:
Seal the grout lines with a penetrating sealer such as TileLab 4Care Penetrating Sealer, Grout & Tile Sealer by Custom Building Products available at most hardware stores.
Avoid using sealers with high gloss or a built-in finish.

For tumbled marble tiles, you would apply the sealer to tile surface and grout lines to avoid water damage.

Cleaning
We recommend cleaning your tiles with a non-abrasive household cleaner.
